From Master -> Compliance we can create master data for compliance which can be used while publishing compliance. To publish compliance click on compliance menu available under Manage. Then click on Add new or Bulk upload compliances, fill all the compulsory fields and click on save.
You can send bulk email or SMS from Broadcast Menu which is available under Manage menu. In Broadcast select Email or SMS then click on compose then select the clients or employees to whom you want to send email or sms . Then enter subject and message and click on send. Message will be broadcasted to selected clients.

No, employee cannot assign clients to himself. Only the clients which are added from their own login will automatically assigned to that employee.
To get address of all clients in excel sheet just Click on Master menu -> Client -> Bulk update -> Download template. All client information with address will be downloaded in excel sheet.

Vault is created to store confidential information like user id- pwd which are normally required to perform compliance for client. Through Vault you can share particular details for specific client with your employees for specific time period. After that specific time period it will automatically disappear from employees login.
